Complete Renovation of historically significant 9,000sf house designed by the Rhode Island firm Jackson, Roberts & Addams, built in 1918. The building was stripped to its frame with the exception of the interior window and door casings, and received all new HVAC, mechanical and electrical services. All original windows were salvaged, refinished in New Hampshire, and reinstalled. Extensive new interior detailing. Red Cedar sidewalls and roof with extensive lead-coated copper work.
